Our 30-hour Cohort Session Participants Finished Successfully

Our Korean Child Care Project Staff successfully designed and conducted a 30-hour cohort session in Korean over the past month (10/29, 11/5, 11/12, and 11/19) to help providers fulfill the 30-hour requirement for initial licensing and renewal. 13 participants attended and were given certificates upon completion. Our 30-hour training covered a variety of topics to help providers such as how to improve the developmental growth of children, nutrition and health needs of infants and children, how to run child care business efficiently, how to create activities and supervise them, how to develop responsive caregiving, and how to spot child abuse and maltreatment, adverse childhood experiences, and more topics.
