Monitoring Site Visits

It is the responsibility of the Network to ensure our home-based programs are providing a safe and healthy environment for children. The Network will ensure to support affiliated providers in meeting compliance with the licensing and registration process required by OCFS.  

The Network Monitoring Team will conduct monthly visits to the affiliated providers utilizing the DECE Monitoring Checklist. The visits are to ensure that the affiliated providers are complying and keeping good documentation of program-required forms. Monitoring visits allow staff to observe and develop coaching plans for follow-up technical assistance to the programs so they can provide high-quality care to the families they serve.
