30 Hour Cohort Course In Chinese: Business Curriculum

This training session is aimed for licensed family day care providers to learn on how to run
their day care more efficient as a business. During the training, we will be touch on topics like
business structure, financial management, risk management and recordkeeping. Participants
will learn some money saving method through the tax policy they do benefit from as a family
day care provider. Many different ways on how to minimize legal troubles from government
agencies and patients.
For providers who are having enrollment difficulties, low cost or free marketing methods will
be presented to them.
This training meets the following OCFS training topic area(s):
(5) Business record maintenance and management;
(6) Child abuse and maltreatment identification and prevention;
