Complaints About a Child Care Program

• To report a complaint about a child care program in New York City, please contact NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene at (212) 676-2444.
• If you suspect a child is in immediate danger of abuse or maltreatment, please contact The New York State Office of Children and Family Services hotline at 1-800-342-3720.

Complaints About ECLW Service

• If you have any concerns about the services you received with our parent referral specialist or make a general complaint on our program, please contact ECLW Director Ms. Sumon Chin, at (212) 941-0030, ext. 207 or schin@cpc-nyc.org
