Complaints About a Child Care Program

  • To report a complaint about a child care program in New York City, please contact NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene at (212) 676-2444.
  • If you suspect a child is in immediate danger of abuse or maltreatment, please contact The New York State Office of Children and Family Services hotline at 1-800-342-3720.

Complaints About ACCR Service
