Chinese-American Planning Council will be hosting a COVID-19 Booster Clinic on February 28th, 2022, from 10 AM-4 PM at our Manhattan Community Center at 165 Eldridge Street, New York, NY 10002. To set up an appointment, please contact Ms. Wong at 212-941-0030 x 247. The clinic will have Moderna or Pfizer Boosters for Ages 18+ and Pfizer Booster for Ages 12-17. Please Bring a State ID and Vaccination Card. All Attendees are required to wear masks.
