30-Hour Cohort: Room Arrangement + Creating Schedules and Routines (Chinese, 2nd Cycle)

Learn how to use schedules to manage your days with young children more efficiently and how to ensure that arrival, toileting, clean-up, eating, resting and sleeping, dressing, and departure routines contribute to children’s positive development. After completing this training, providers will be able to describe what a schedule is and how it benefits both providers and children, describe strategies for creating a schedule for a daycare, list the reasons why routines are important in children’s lives, identify strategies for turning routines into enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences, and explain the importance of creating a successful circle time experience for children.
