CPC Launched Promise NYC To Provide Child Care to Undocumented Children in Queens

CPC is pleased to announce the launch of Promise NYC alongside partner organizations and allies on the city council. Promise NYC is a new child care assistance program that collaborated with Administrative for Children’s Services and four community-based organizations across five boroughs with strong ties to immigrant populations. CPC is responsible for Promise NYC in Queens. Promise NYC will pay for the cost of a child care program in Queens of the parent’s choice, up to a certain amount. The payment will be made directly to your chosen licensed child care provider. Child care will be covered through June 2023.

You are eligible for Promise NYC if you are a low-income family earning less than 300% of the FPL, with children aged birth to 13 years with an emphasis on birth to 5, and whose immigration status makes you not qualified for federally funded subsidized child care, and currently reside in New York City.

The CPC Child Care Assistance Program Team offers sign-up assistance. Please get in touch with the team with any questions you may have or schedule an appointment at 934-223-9650.
