Dear Child Care Program Director/Provider
New York State identified $100M to build and expand child care capacity in areas with the least supply, with $30M available to existing programs expanding capacity under their current license. The Child Care Desert Grants will be open and taking applications on June 30th, 2022. The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) will be hosting info sessions for child care programs who are licensed/permitted before 1/28/2022. Topics during this info session include:
1. What is the Child Care Desert Grant? 2. How Do I know if I am eligible for this Grant? 3. What are the requirements for applying for this grant? 4. Q&A
