Early Childhood Learning and Wellness Services (ECLW) and the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) are pleased to announce the continuing of our highly acclaimed 120-hour CDA course (in Spanish). This 120-hour CDA course is worth more than $2,000 in value, but tuition is free to qualified licensed family childcare providers.
The Child Development Associate or CDA is the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education (ECE). The CDA National Credentialing Program is based on the knowledge of the nation’s leading scholars in early care and learning. CDAs are able to meet the specific needs of children and work with parents and other adults to nurture children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a child development framework.
